XYZ File Manager respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you use it.
XYZ File Manager does not require an account and does not automatically upload your files, folder paths, SMB server information, or browsing history to our servers.
The app does not use advertising tracking or third-party analytics SDKs.
Files imported into XYZ File Manager are stored locally on your device. Favorites, recent items, tags, external folder bookmarks, SMB connection settings, and app preferences are also stored locally on your device.
You control which files, folders, photos, documents, and network locations are added to the app.
If you add an SMB network location, the connection information is used only to connect to the SMB server you configure. This information is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.
XYZ File Manager may request access to Photos, Camera, and Files only when you use related features, such as importing photos, scanning documents, or selecting files and folders.
These permissions are used only to perform the action you request.
If you choose to send feedback by email, we may receive the text, screenshots, images, attachments, and email address you choose to include. We use this information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app.

When you use iOS sharing features or choose to open files with other apps, the selected files may be handled by iOS or the destination app. Please review the privacy policy of any third-party app you choose to use.
Data stored locally in the app remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Feedback emails are retained only as long as necessary to provide support and improve the app.
XYZ File Manager is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
